In levels I, II and III, students begin to develop a strong dance foundation, as well as a basic dance vocabulary. Young dancers attend classes two to four times a week in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical and musical theater. As students gain strength technique and flexibility, class length is increased and more difficult patterns are introduced. Levels III, IV and V attend dance class three to four times per week and explore more complicated dance patterns. Opportunities for performance are expanded as students prepare for professional dance careers.
